Nick Malcomson
Chief FinancIAL officer
Nick Malcomson joined Oxford International in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 20 years of international finance leadership experience to the organisation. He is responsible for overseeing financial strategy, planning, and governance across Oxford International’s global operations, supporting the company’s growth, while ensuring robust financial performance and accountability.
Before joining Oxford International, Nick served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Santa Fe Relocation, a former Danish listed company and global provider of relocation services to leading multinational companies, operating across more than 40 countries. He played a pivotal role in leading the company through a period of significant transformation — restructuring its global finance function, enhancing financial forecasting and KPI reporting, and steering the business through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. His leadership was instrumental in returning Santa Fe Relocation to profitability and delivering a successful sale to an industry partner in 2024, following extensive work with private equity owners and funding partners.
Nick’s earlier career includes senior financial roles at Korn Ferry International, City Inn, MBI International, and the London Stock Exchange Group, where he gained broad experience across different industries, including M&A, and capital management. His expertise spans global finance leadership, operational turnaround, investment decision-making, and stakeholder management at Board and C-suite levels.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a graduate in Economics from the University of Exeter, Nick has contributed to the Bank of England’s Decision Makers Panel since 2020. His extensive international experience, particularly in leading global finance teams, aligns strongly with Oxford International’s mission to deliver high-quality, globally connected education opportunities.
Nick brings a collaborative, commercially minded approach to his role, driving performance and enabling strategic growth through sound financial leadership and disciplined execution.
