Josh Rubin

Chief Operating Officer

Josh Rubin was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Oxford International in 2025, bringing with him over a decade of leadership experience across global education and management consultancy. His career has focused on growing and transforming organisations through enterprise strategy, large-scale change programmes, and the development of high-performing teams within complex, international environments.

At Oxford International, Josh is responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s global growth. He works closely with divisional and regional leadership to expand product offerings, enhance innovation and efficiency across the company’s services and strengthen the company’s global impact.

Before joining Oxford International, Josh served as Director and Chief Growth Officer at Enfuse Group, leading strategic innovation initiatives. He also held the role of Executive Vice President of University Partnerships at Study Group, where he oversaw key institutional relationships across the UK, Australia, Canada, and the US. His experience spans commercial strategy, client and partner relationship management, and transformation delivery in both education and consultancy settings.

Josh’s appointment reflects Oxford International’s continued focus on operational strength, innovation, and delivering exceptional outcomes for students and partners around the world.

Consent Form for Photography and Video – Over 16s

Oxford International would like to take photographs and/or videos of you for promotional purposes. We may use these online and in printed format. For example, we may post a picture or video on social media or on one of our websites, or we may use a photo in a brochure. We will not use the images or videos for any purpose other than promotion of our services.

Before we can do this, we need your consent. In order to give your consent, please read this list of terms, complete and then sign the form. If you do not wish to give your consent, please do not sign the form.

I have read these terms and give my consent for Oxford International to take and use images and videos of me for the purposes of promoting its courses. I understand that:

  • Oxford International will own the copyright of the images and videos
  • The images and videos will be visible to the public
  • I can ask Oxford International to stop using my images and/or videos at anytime, in which case they will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear in print

How to Withdraw Consent

If you change your mind, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to protectingdata@oxfordinternational.com. In the email, please tell us your name, ID number and the date and location of the photo shoot. If your image is already in use, please also tell us where you have seen it.
