Board of Governors
The Board of Governors has responsibility for the governance of the Academic Partnerships and HE Division. It sets expectations of quality delivery of programmes, maintenance of high levels of support services to students and compliance with the requirements of statutory and regulatory bodies.
The Board of Governors is further and primarily responsible for determining the strategic direction and priorities of the Academic Partnerships and HE Division and monitoring their successful accomplishment.

The governing body conducts it business through a number of committees which consider in depth the matter under their remit. The governing body currently has the following committees:
