We are excited to announce that Oxford International has signed a new ownership agreement with the family-owned private equity firm THI Investments for future investment in our University Partnerships, Digital Institute and Language divisions. The investment from THI Investments will accelerate our capabilities to lead in the international education sector with a greater strategic focus and capital.
Our schools and colleges division, comprising Oxford International College, d’Overbroeck’s, Oxford Sixth Form College, and Bucksmore Education, will be joining Nord Anglia Education.
General
Oxford International decided to enter into this carefully selected two partner deal to support the future growth and ambitions of our businesses. We are working with THI, is a family-owned private equity investor whose focus is education, and we know that they are the right partners to take us to our next phase of our international education strategy. We are proud of the work we have achieved with our schools and colleges, and we know they will be in exceptional hands with Nord Anglia Education, one of the best private school operators in the world.
Your account manager remains the same. This change will have only positive implications on how you work to send students to study with us, you will continue to see the Oxford International you know well, but with new investment you will see growth in our products and services that better enable us to support you in sending students to study with us.
CONTRACTS AND INVOICING
The commercial terms of your current contract will remain the same. For agents sending students to Oxford International’s three divisons (University Partnerships, English Language and Digital Institute) you can expect us to renew existing contracts with the same commercial terms as your current contract to reflect the new priorities of the business in the coming months. Our teams will continue to support you and your students working alongside our new investors we plan to innovate our product offering and deliver new and improved services.
Agents who support any of the Schools & Colleges (d’Overbroeck’s, Oxford Sixth Form College, Oxford International College, Bucksmore Education) will enter into a new contract arrangement directly with Nord Anglia.
Agents who support both will continue to be contracted with Oxford International for services related to University Partnerships, Language and Digital Institute division, and enter into a new contract arrangement directly with Nord Anglia for services related to the Schools & Colleges.
Current contracts will remain valid and operational. You can expect us to renew existing contracts with the same commercial terms as your current contract to reflect the new priorities of the business in the coming months. Please liaise with your regional representative if you have concerns.
Yes, commercial terms will remain the same. Agents contracted with Oxford International for services related to University Partnerships, Language and Digital Institute division will continue to receive the same commission as stated in their current contract.
Agents who are invoicing for services across the University Partnerships, Language or Digital Institute division should continue to invoice your usual contacts for payment.
RECRUITMENT TEAM
No. Oxford International Agents will continue to receive support from our existing University Partnerships, Language and Digital Institute recruitment, marketing and operational teams. Over recent months we have been expanding our presence into more markets including Indonesia, Vietnam, Nigeria, Kenya, Uzbeckistan, Nepal and Taiwan to provide increased local support to our network.
Sales representatives who supported the Schools and Colleges division have now joined the Nord Anglia family.
Your contact remains the same as before. Oxford International Agents will continue to receive support from our existing University Partnerships, Language and Digital Institute recruitment, marketing and operational teams. Agents can contact our Recruitment Services team with any concerns at ‘refer to contact us form’ or by contacting your local Regional Manager
From 1st May, sales representatives who supported the Schools and Colleges division will operate under the direction of Nord Anglia.
