Oxford International appoints new Chief Financial Officer to drive financial strategy and global growth
Oxford International is delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Malcomson as Chief Financial Officer, joining the Executive Leadership Team to spearhead financial strategy, planning, and governance across the organisation through its next phase of global growth.
After that business was taken into ownership by private equity, Nick played a central role in restructuring the global finance function, strengthening financial forecasting and KPI reporting, and steering the business through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic to a successful sale in 2024.
Earlier in his career, Nick held senior finance roles at Korn Ferry International, City Inn, MBI International, and the London Stock Exchange Group, where he gained extensive experience in financial reporting, M&A, and capital management. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and an Economics graduate of the University of Exeter, Nick has also contributed to the Bank of England’s Decision Makers Panel since 2020.
