Revolutionising Student Admissions: How Oxford International’s AI Engine Transforms University Student Recruitment

Oxford International Education Group (OIEG)’s new, proprietary and AI-powered Admissions Engine, cuts down the application process from hours to minutes, supporting our Admissions Team in the delivery of strategic recruitment efforts on behalf of our university partners.

We have developed in-house an AI-powered Admissions Engine to support our admissions team in streamlining the application process. Our Admissions Engine allows us to significantly reduce the time it takes to issue conditional offer letters to students whilst accurately assessing their documents against entry criteria, from our previous average admissions turnaround time of 48 hours to less than 10 minutes.

For our university partners, this means increased student engagement and a highly competitive edge in an increasingly competitive environment ultimately improving enrolment yield through a model that is prepared to scale as our partners need it to.

The Oxford International Admissions Team still review applications throughout the journey, ensuring adherence to entry criteria and compliance. The Admissions Engine’s purpose is to streamline the admissions process, automating repetitive tasks and leveraging proprietary machine learning, to reduce the scope for human error and lead to more consistent outcomes, at speed.
