Oxford International partners with Coquitlam College to expand opportunities in Canada
Oxford International is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with Coquitlam College in Vancouver, Canada. This collaboration marks Oxford International’s first Education Services partnership in Canada, extending our growing presence in North America and strengthening our global academic partnerships portfolio.
Oxford International already has a strong track record in Canada through Oxford International Career Colleges (OICC), delivering programmes that build job-readiness skills in Vancouver, Toronto, Ontario, Halifax and Nova Scotia, along with our English language programmes, developing English skills through specialist courses, exam preparation, and academic pathways.
With this announcement, Coquitlam College joins several other partner institutions across the UK, US and Australia that benefit from our international recruitment network and market expansion services. For Oxford International, this new partnership represents a significant milestone in our growth strategy.
About Coquitlam College
Since its founding in 1982, Coquitlam College has evolved from a small dynamic academic institution into a college renowned for its commitment to quality education and global community.
Coquitlam College offers a wide range of programmes covering curricula from High School to higher education, available to students worldwide:
- High School Programme (Grades 10–12) – graduates earn the BC Certificate of Graduation (Dogwood Diploma), providing direct entry to Canadian universities or progression to Coquitlam College’s Associate Degree or University Transfer programs.
- Associate of Arts Degree – a two-year qualification equivalent to the first two years of a university degree, enabling direct entry into the third year of bachelor’s programmes at many universities in British Columbia.
- University Transfer Programme – first and second-year university-level courses, fully recognised by the BC Transfer Guide. Since 2018, over 1,100 students have successfully transferred to leading Canadian institutions including the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, and the University of Victoria.

Oxford International will provide Coquitlam College with international market expansion services, including student recruitment, compliance, admissions, enrolment, overseeing student finance and student support throughout the application and enrolment process.
Together, Coquitlam College and Oxford International aim to create a dynamic, globally connected academic community.
