Oxford International expands into Europe with new partnership in Germany
Oxford International proudly announces a new partnership with the soon to be rebranded Whitecliffe University of Applied Sciences (currently Berlin International University of Applied Sciences), marking a brand new partnership in Europe and a significant milestone in its global expansion strategy.
Based in Berlin, Whitecliffe University of Applied Sciences (Berlin International) offers internationally focused, English-taught undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in architecture, design, and business. Oxford International will support the institution’s international growth through its comprehensive international market development services, spanning student recruitment, overseas marketing, admissions, enrolment, compliance, and student support.
This partnership reflects Oxford International’s continued commitment to sustainable growth and diversification beyond the “big four” study destinations. Germany is an increasingly strategic market for international education, offering strong graduate outcomes, affordable living costs, and clear post-study work opportunities.
As part of the collaboration, Oxford International will manage the end-to-end international recruitment journey, working closely with the Whitecliffe University of Applied Sciences (Berlin International) leadership team to enhance global visibility, streamline admissions processes, and support students from application through to enrolment. Applications for the first intake will open in early February 2026 across a portfolio of nine undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Feroz Ali, Managing Director at Whitecliffe University of Applied Sciences (Berlin International), said the partnership represents a natural next step in the university’s international strategy:
“We already support learners from 92 countries, with international students making up 70% of our population. Partnering with Oxford International enables us to build on this global foundation and welcome an even more diverse cohort of students to Berlin.”
Lil Bremermann-Richard, CEO of Oxford International, added:
“This partnership marks an important milestone for Oxford International. Germany is a fast-growing and increasingly attractive destination for international students, and this partnership reflects both our ambition and our agility as we continue to expand into new markets. We are excited to support Whitecliffe University of Applied Sciences (Berlin International)’s growth and to help international students access a new exciting study destination in the heart of Europe.”
Oxford International currently works with academic partners worldwide, supporting almost 80,000 students each year through a global recruitment network spanning more than 50 international source markets. The partnership with Whitecliffe University of Applied Sciences (Berlin International) further strengthens Oxford International’s ability to help institutions expand internationally in a sustainable, student-centred way.
