Universal Higher Education UK to open new dedicated campus

October 13, 2026

Universal Higher Education UK (UHE UK), part of Oxford International’s portfolio of owned establishments, will open a new dedicated campus in East London this October.

UHE UK provides flexible, career-focused higher education opportunities for domestic and international students through programmes designed and awarded by university partners. Its continued development reflects Oxford International’s commitment to expanding access to higher education and supporting students to achieve their academic and professional ambitions.

A new campus. A strong future.

Located at 120 Vallance Road in East London, the campus marks an important stage in UHE UK’s development and reflects Oxford International’s continued investment in the growth of its higher education provision.

The opening follows a significant period of development for UHE UK. In early 2026, the institution opened international recruitment alongside its established domestic provision and continued to develop the undergraduate and postgraduate opportunities it delivers through its academic partnerships.

The new campus provides a strong foundation for this next stage of growth. As UHE UK’s dedicated home in London, it will establish a clearer institutional identity, support its growing academic community and provide an environment designed around the needs of students and colleagues.

Laura Guga-Voyce, Managing Director of UK Academic Partnerships at Oxford International, said:

“The opening of our new campus marks an important milestone for UHE UK and reflects our commitment to its longer-term growth. This investment gives UHE UK a dedicated London home from which to grow sustainably, deepen academic partnerships and play a key role in Oxford International’s higher education ambitions. Just as importantly, it gives our colleagues an environment in which they can build a distinctive institution and deliver an outstanding student experience with meaningful outcomes”

Dr Roshanak Zarabi, Campus Director at UHE UK, said:

“Students have been at the heart of our approach to the new campus. We’ve created bright teaching spaces alongside places for independent study, collaboration and support throughout their education journey. We want every student to feel equipped to make the most of their studies, achieve success and develop a lifelong love of learning. I’m looking forward to seeing our students and colleagues make the campus their own and build connections with the wider Whitechapel community.”

All new UHE UK students joining from the November 2026 intake onwards will study at our new campus.
