Harry Lees-Buckley was appointed Managing Director of Innovation and Investment at Oxford International in January 2025, following his role as Group Strategy Director from October 2023. Since joining the organisation, Harry has led several strategic initiatives, including the successful acquisition of providers in Australia and playing a key leadership role in the development of Oxford International’s transnational education (TNE) campus with the University of Southampton in Gurgaon, India.

In his current role, Harry is responsible for driving innovation and leading investment strategies that support the company’s long-term global ambitions. While Oxford International’s business units continue to lead innovation within their respective areas, Harry’s remit focuses on pioneering new ventures and strategic opportunities that sit beyond current business lines—such as transnational partnerships and high-impact expansion and acquisition projects.

Harry brings over a decade of experience in financial advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, and operational restructuring, with transaction experience exceeding £2 billion in value. Prior to joining Oxford International, he was a Director at Zed Capital, a UK-based investment firm, and previously held senior M&A roles at DC Advisory. Earlier in his career, he worked in restructuring and corporate finance at KPMG, advising on complex global engagements across South Africa, the US, and Europe.

Harry also held editorial and project management roles at organisations including Jardine Matheson, LexisNexis and The Business Year, building a foundation in communications and cross-cultural engagement.

With a global mindset and a strong record of strategic delivery, Harry plays a central role in shaping Oxford International’s next phase of innovation and growth across new markets, partnerships, and digital platforms.
